A quiet retreat for adults

Dear guests, our holiday apartments are more than accommodation to us. We furnish them with great care and personally prepare them for every stay.

In recent years we have unfortunately experienced repeated damage to the furnishings and an exceptional amount of cleaning. As a small, privately run business, we can no longer absorb this work and the strain it causes.

This decision was not easy. We have children and seven grandchildren ourselves and know how special family holidays are. We also know that the great majority of families treat a holiday apartment carefully and considerately. Our experiences expressly do not represent all parents and children.

Nevertheless, we need to set a boundary. We are therefore making both apartments quiet retreats for adults. Every guest must be at least 18 years old.

This decision is not directed against families. It allows us to continue welcoming guests with pleasure, personal commitment and our usual care.

Already confirmed bookings will, of course, remain unchanged.

We very much hope for your understanding and look forward to continuing to welcome our adult guests warmly in Binz.
